HISTORY

Laboratories KARIZOO, S.A. a family owned business founded in 1983 dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of animal health and nutrition products. Since 2016 being part of  the multinational group ALIVIRA, dedicated to the veterinary pharmaceutical sector, with its main headquarters in India.

PRODUCTION

Laboratories KARIZOO is authorized by the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS) for the manufacture of non-sterile veterinary medicines according to the Standards of Correct Manufacturing (NCF). The products manufactured at the Karizoo facilities are: liquids for internal use, other solid pharmaceutical forms, including beta-lactam antibiotics and veterinary premixes (laboratory authorization No. 4237-E).

    Laboratorios Karizoo S.A was founded

  • 1988

     

    Laboratorios Karizoo S.A. acquires the exclusive distribution of Serval in Europe

  • 1999

     

    Comercial Vila Veterinaria de Lleida was founded.

  • 2000

     

    Laboratorios karizoo, starts working with Norbrook as main partner in Europe.

  • 2003

     

    Laboratorios Karizoo S.A de C.V was founded in México.

  • 2003

     

    Laboratorios Karizoo is certified according to European GMP

  • 2006

     

    Phytoterapic Solutions, natural nutritional products company was founded.

  • 2006

     

    Vila Viña Participaciones was founded by Family Vila Viña.

  • 2016

     

    Alivira Animal Health acquires majority stake in Laboratorios Karizoo S.A., Comercial Vila Veterinaria and Phytoterapic Solutions.

    Phytoterapic Solutions becomes FAMI QS certified

    Divestment of Comercial Vila Veterinaria de Lleida.
