Alivira celebrates its annual Global Convention in Málaga

From April 20 to 24, Alivira held the 4th edition of its Global Formulations Convention, one of the company’s most important strategic events of the year. On this occasion, the event took place in Málaga, bringing together 55 participants from different countries and affiliates across the group.

During the event, three days were dedicated to working sessions, strategic meetings, and workshops, combining corporate presentations with spaces for collaboration and knowledge exchange. The program included key sessions such as corporate results presentations, global updates on the Animal Health business, regional analyses, and the definition of objectives for the upcoming fiscal year. In addition, strategic initiatives such as expansion into new markets, new industrial investments, and global marketing and HR projects were addressed.

Workshops played a central role, focusing on key areas such as commercial excellence, new product development, leadership, corporate communication, and digital tools. These sessions encouraged active participation and collaborative work among international teams. The agenda was complemented by networking opportunities, side meetings, and social activities, strengthening team connections and the group’s corporate culture.
